SABER平台强制注册即将全面执行
近日沙特标准、计量和质量机构（SASO）发布正式通知，自2020年1月15日起，所有出口沙特阿拉伯的产品（包括管制及非管制产品）都必须通过SABER平台进行注册，否则将无法在沙特各海关顺利清关（此前SABER平台显示开始执行日期为2020年1月1日，现已更正为1月15日）。
针对以上通知，我中心自2020年1月15日起，将停止经过CQC产品认证业务办理系统颁发符合性证书CoC。之前已经颁发的CoC最晚可在1月15日之前使用，自2020年2月15日起，所有未在SABER平台注册的货物将无法进入沙特市场。
另外，对于非管制产品，供应商也必须通过SABER平台进行注册并申请供应商符合性声明，方可顺利办理清关。

认证流程：
1. 第一阶段：沙特阿拉伯本地进口商在SABER平台对产品进行注册，并提交Product CoC申请，选择认证机构（如CQC）；
2. 第二阶段：在取得Product CoC之后，针对每批次货物，沙特阿拉伯本地进口商需在SABER系统中上传信息，经认证机构审核通过后获取Shipment CoC。
中国质量认证中心（CQC）已正式获得SASO授权成为其指定机构，将会持续为大家提供关于出口沙特产品认证的最新动态，帮助大家顺利开展输沙产品合格评定活动，有相关认证需求的企业也可在提交申请之前与CQC进行前期沟通，以便于更加顺利地开展认证活动。
